Three simulators on one platform

  • Gastrojejunal Anastomosis (EDGE): esophagus and stomach with a posterior window in the antrum, complete duodenal arch and jejunum. GJ placements with Hot AXIOS-type LAMS.
  • Cholecystoduodenal Anastomosis (CDA): transduodenal gallbladder drainage, electrocoagulable hydrogel gallbladder on a mobile hepatic segment and replaceable duodenum.
  • Hepatogastroanastomosis: transgastric access through an anterior-wall window, left hepatic lobe with bile duct, hepatic and portal veins, and flow detectable by real-time Doppler ultrasound.
  • Puncture, tract dilation and placement of metal stents / LAMS.
  • EUS-FNA / FNB with echogenic real ultrasound imaging.

Digital ecosystem — FluoroSim BV v1.0 software and camera

Direct loading from the program to the camera interface, eliminating intermediate menus and reducing the technology learning curve. Circular display that faithfully replicates the operating-room fluoroscopy environment, maximizing operator familiarity and the direct application of the skills acquired.

Instrument compatibility

Compatible with Olympus, Pentax and Hitachi echoendoscopes, Hot AXIOS / LAMS devices and standard EUS-FNA / FNB puncture needles. Conceived by Dr. Carlos Chávez, bySIMMED Technical Director and endoscopic surgeon.
