To answer your request, prepare quotes and proposals, arrange demonstrations and follow up commercially on that same request. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use third-party services that process data only to provide their service to us: Vercel (website hosting and statistics), Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery) and WhatsApp, when you contact us through it. Some of these providers store information outside Chile.

For as long as needed to handle your request and any business relationship arising from it. After that we delete or anonymize it, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it.

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, under Chilean personal data protection law (Law No. 19,628 and its amendments). Write to ivonne.rivera@bysimmed.com with your request and we will reply within the legal deadlines.

Data travels encrypted (HTTPS) and access to the database is restricted to the commercial team through personal credentials.
